Please read the following carefully before purchasing any treatment plan or membership.
By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

COLLAGEN CLUB — FACIAL MEMBERSHIP

Overview

Collagen Club is a 12-month facial membership designed to support consistent, ongoing skin care through monthly treatments.

Membership Term

• 12-month minimum commitment

• 12 consecutive monthly payments

• Membership concludes automatically at the end of the term

• Renewal is optional at the prevailing rate

Payments

• Payments are collected monthly via recurring card payment

• Payments are taken on the same date each month

Failed Payments:

• Must be resolved within 5 business days

• £15 admin fee may apply

• Membership benefits will be suspended until resolved

Nu-Clear reserves the right to cancel memberships due to repeated failed payments.

Facial Credits

• One 60-minute Signature Facial credit is issued per monthly payment

• Credits are valid for 60 days from issue

Please note:

• Credits are non-transferable

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

• Unused credits expire after 60 days

• Expired credits cannot be reinstated

Booking Policy

• Credits are released on your monthly payment date

• Appointments must take place after this date to use that month’s credit

If an appointment is booked before your payment date:

• The membership credit will not apply

• The treatment will be charged at the standard rate

Members are responsible for booking in line with their payment cycle.

Freeze Policy

• One freeze permitted per 12-month term

• Maximum duration: 30 days

• Must be requested in writing at least 5 business days before next payment

During a freeze:

• No payment will be taken

• Membership term will extend accordingly

Cancellation

• Early cancellation incurs a £100 fee

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing

• Membership benefits cease immediately upon cancellation

Membership Benefits

While active, members receive:

• 10% off additional treatments and add-ons

• 10% off skincare in-studio

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Appointments & Cancellations

All members are subject to Nu-Clear’s standard cancellation policy.

• Minimum 5 days’ notice required to cancel or reschedule

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of that month’s credit

Studio Closures

In the event of extended studio closure, memberships may be paused at management discretion.

Amendments

Nu-Clear reserves the right to update pricing, policies, or membership terms with 30 days’ written notice.

GENERAL TERMS

• All purchases are non-refundable

• Services are subject to availability

• Membership does not guarantee appointment availability

• We operate on a first-come, first-served basis

• We strongly recommend booking in advance

Conduct

Nu-Clear reserves the right to terminate any treatment or membership immediately in the event of inappropriate, abusive, or unacceptable behaviour.
